Do you want to work on a mix of TV, development, motion and graphic design as well as advertising work? ... Great, because we need someone to work on those things!

This is an entry level position and it will be ideal for graduates or those with not reams of experience. We are looking for enthusiasm and drive, to find the best candidate.

To start immediately.


~ MOTION ~
- bring original ideas and for animation concepts and styles to our projects
- continue work on our existing animation projects in 2D, 3D (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender)
- understand and heed guidance of when to inject your own style versus when to follow a set style agreed to and briefed

~ EDITING ~
- understanding and technique in offline editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred)
- perform entire edits of projects, log rushes, sync pulls, pick-up and amend existing edits
- thorough understanding of codecs, compression, web delivery and emerging technologies

~ ADDITIONALLY ~
- a keen desire to help us grow, flexibility in working hours which will be returned with flexibility back
- work in a cool new office space in Leeds, UK and help that team and the London team expand by helping with administration tasks
- help keep social channels running for the company and bring ideas around what content we can and should share with relevant audiences

~ BONUS POINTS ~
If you have any or many of these skills then we'll be even more impressed:

- journalism, creative writing, long copy experience
- web development, web design, understanding of coding
- can operate DSLR or Cinema cameras (e.g. C300, GH4, Blackmagic, ARRI)
- have a portfolio of work you have developed, please include any outstanding work of which you are particularly proud
