RESPONSIBILITIES
• Put together and manage the technical delivery budgets.
• Payment of supplier invoices, raise purchase orders in PROACTIS and update the cost managers.
• Review technical specifications from broadcasters and coordinate with production and post production to ensure the relevant files for all programmes are created to schedule.
• Coordinate delivery of all programmes to broadcasters using satellite, digital file & cloud delivery facilities.
• Send supporting materials (synopsis, scripts & music cue sheets) to broadcasters.
• Address and solve any issues that might arise with deliveries.
• Prepare reports and keep them up to date, cross referencing between them to make sure the information is the same in all.
• Check if all contracts have been signed & filed - keeping a hard and a digital copy.
• Ensure all broadcasters have been invoiced accordingly for license & technical income.
• Collect and collate transmission times.
• Prepare target broadcaster lists for pitches, dependent on the brief.
• Attend and provide administrative support at markets (i.e. Sportel) when required.
• Manage the ECB Cricket Archive invoicing and cost manager.

GENERAL TASKS
• File and send out contracts.
• Revise and code the sales team expense reports.
• Set up meetings and conference calls.
• Make travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Help to research information about broadcasters, rights holders, or any other relevant subject, when requested.
