• Order all kitchen catering from various suppliers with the approval from the Facilities Manager
• Fulfill client orders - drinks; breakfast; lunch orders etc
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy at all times
• Organise the Runners monthly Rota and shift patterns
• Invoice all clients for any lunches/dinners they have ordered, via PayPal
• Report to the Financial Controller regarding the kitchen float and card balance requesting top ups in a timely manner as to minimise disruption to the business
• Oversee client/production charges and place into ScheduALL
• Oversee the daily tasks across the daily runner shift pattern, to ensure a smooth including; morning set up, lunch orders, lunch collections, external runs
• Reception cover - answering the phone, transferring calls, meeting and greeting visitors, logging all drives and packages delivered to Crow
• Any other duties as required by the business especially during peak times
