PURPOSE 
To assist in the preparation and service of all food and drink in the Green Room, and other areas of the RSC estate as requiredKEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 To assist the Green Room Manager and Supervisors in the efficient running of the Green Room and any internal or external functions as and when required
To assist with general duties including food and drink preparation, stock replenishment, rotation and washing up
To handle all cash and account transactions in accordance with the Catering Dept.'s cash handling procedures
To ensure that appropriate Health & Safety and hygiene procedures are followed consistently, working in a clean and safe manner at all times
To maintain the food preparation area and all utensils in good order by carrying out routine cleaning duties
To provide a friendly and efficient service to all customers at all times
To have up to date knowledge of all food and drinks on offer, and how to prepare and serve them

Basic Hygiene Certificate
Ability to work within a team
Excellent customer service skills
An understanding of food and food service
The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure
A friendly and outgoing approach
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistent standards across the offer
Good time keeping
DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
Experience of working in a busy environment
The ability to think independently when necessary
Basic computer literacy
