Our growth and future plans mean that we have a new full time role in a pleasant production environment that embraces new technology.

The purpose of the role is to develop your "raw" abilities into a competent "all rounder". That competence will be in a full range of pre-production, production, post-production and release disciplines. Quite a special opportunity!

For that reason, we anticipate you should expect to be with us for at least two or three years to develop that competence within a professional, commercially viable multi-disciplined "film" business.

Obviously, a candidate who will appreciate the significance of such a rare opportunity will anticipate that we are looking for the "cream of the crop".

Therefore, you need to meet at least the following 5 criteria for us to consider you for interview:

· A 2.1 (minimum) degree in film, media, computing, photography, English (or similar)
· At least 3 A-levels, none of which below a Grade B
· At least 8 GCSEs, none of which below a Grade B
· A full, valid current driving licence
· Being prepared to live in the Norwich area and with your own reliable vehicle

Additionally, you may have an "edge" over other candidates if you could demonstrate, for example but not limited to:

· An interest in photography
· An interest in animation
· Experience with Adobe creative products
· A demonstrably mature approach to your work and career
· Being comfortable with new technology and the changes that poses to our "industry"
