Event Producer

London hybrid HYBRID

Who we are

Goodnight is a creative events agency, specialising in the design, planning & production of spectacular parties for discerning people & ambitious brands. Based in London with a global reach, our parties are a masterful blend of visionary creativity, flawless execution and forensic attention to detail. After a successful first year in business, we're looking for a talented Event Producer to join our team.

Life as an Event Producer at Goodnight

As an Event Producer at Goodnight, you'll work across a variety of parties for our private and brand clients, providing a complete, end-to-end service from concept to delivery. You'll be involved in preparing pitches and proposals, in-depth creative development, venue finding, event planning & administration, budgeting, supplier research and management, client management, on-site delivery and everything in-between.

Aside from client/project work, you'll help build and develop our systems and processes, maximising internal efficiency and improving our clients' experience of working with us. You'll also occasionally be expected to assist with sales & marketing and other tasks on an ad-hoc basis. This is a fast-paced role and one in which you'll have to be comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time. Given the nature of the industry & role, there will naturally be occasional work during unsociable hours and on weekends.

This is a really exciting role in a young, growing company, with loads of scope for development.

You've managed event budgets in excess of £500k
You've got a keen eye for design
You're comfortable working at a fast pace
