After a successful first year in business, we're looking for a talented Event Producer to join our team.Life as an Event Producer at GoodnightAs an Event Producer at Goodnight, you'll work across a variety of parties for our private and brand clients, providing a complete, end-to-end service from concept to delivery. You'll be involved in preparing pitches and proposals, in-depth creative development, venue finding, event planning & administration, budgeting, supplier research and management, client management, on-site delivery and everything in-between.Aside from client/project work, you'll help build and develop our systems and processes, maximising internal efficiency and improving our clients' experience of working with us. You'll also occasionally be expected to assist with sales & marketing and other tasks on an ad-hoc basis. This is a fast-paced role and one in which you'll have to be comfortable with managing multiple projects at the same time. Given the nature of the industry & role, there will naturally be occasional work during unsociable hours and on weekends.This is a really exciting role in a young, growing company, with loads of scope for development.We'd love to hear from you if...You've got proven experience in a similar role(s), ideally within an agency environmentYou're passionate about events and hospitalityYou've got an existing knowledge of London venues & event suppliersYou're supremely organised and able to manage multiple projects at onceYou've got more than a basic understanding of event production (staging, lighting, sound, rigging etc.)You've managed event budgets in excess of £500kYou've got a keen eye for designYou're comfortable working at a fast paceYou have excellent verbal and written communication skillsYou have exceptional attention to detailYou're proactive and a self-starter with loads of initiativeYou're highly adaptable to the changing priorities, systems & challenges present in a growing businessSalary & Benefits£30,000-£40,000 salary25 days annual leave + Bank HolidaysHybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)Generous TOIL policyLearning & Development budgetMobile phone allowancePersonal Wellness budget
