Job Title - Post Production Manager Location - Diss, Norfolk


An opportunity to join a busy production company within the travel industry and corporate world. A wide and varied position for an individual wishing to play a key role in management and growth of this company.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can manage our post- production unit in an ACTIVE capacity. The candidate must exhibit interest and enthusiasm for the travel industry and our product, with a pro-active attitude that pushes the company forward.

Essential Skills:

Technically and creatively efficient as an editor using FCP (showreel essential)
Technically efficient in other Post production areas - compression, reconnection, media management, files / hard drives and archiving and back-up facility ensuring efficient video bank archiving
Ability to manage and deliver projects through strong and clear communication with clients, colleagues & suppliers.
Attention to detail
Effective time management, multitasking & ability to prioritise workloads is essential
Ability to work under pressure with a commercial awareness of your actions
Camera skills & filming experience are desirable
Photoshop & graphics capabilities (motion, after effects) are desirable


Duties to Include (but not exclusive to):

Preparing and managing filming equipment & shoot information
Post production process - dealing with freelance crew - writers, editors, clients, colleagues & suppliers
FCP Editing + compressions and conversions in multiple formats for online, mini-DV and more.
DVD builds using a variety of programs
Meticulous managing of stock footage
Management of suppliers to ensure timely delivery of outsourced services
