Overall purpose of the job:

To gain experience within a professional design studio whilst assisting the creative team and other company members in the creation and realisation of all 59 projects. To work as a cohesive member of the team and provide support and facilitation across a range of projects and company tasks as required.

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting in:
Creating visualisations (2D or 3D)
Storyboarding
Producing pitch documents
Research: coordinating and presenting research to the designer
Helping to manage the scheduling and delivery of content production as part of the project team
Logistics: scheduling as required, arranging transport, making bookings etc.
Administration and documentation
General office assistance as required

Training opportunities will include:
Access to range of software, equipment and tutorials
Mentoring from Creative Associate
One to one sessions with Creative Directors
Insight into company administration
Attendance at certain client meetings as appropriate
Creating and contributing to a wide range of exciting projects

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential:
Excellent visual design skills ideally with a level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite.
An ability and willingness to work as part of a team
An ability to multitask effectively and handle multiple workflows at any one time
An ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A passion for performing arts and creative design industries
Proficient with MS office and Mac OS

Desirable:

Experience of camera operation (still and video)
Editing skills
Analogue drawing skills
Professional design experience
