The RoleYou will be responsible for the project management and delivery of creative projects to Flixmedia's clients. You 'own' the client journey throughout this process. You will form close relationships with some of the largest Consumer Electronics (CE) brands in the world. You will own the progress of all client projects. The successful candidate will be very well organised, responsible and with experience in successfully managing creative projects within the fast moving environment.You will need to be proactive in communication internally and to clients with the ability to multi task and to be organised is absolute key to the success of this role to ensuring the client is satisfied with the service that is provided to them.Overview for Main ResponsibilitiesResponsibility and accountability for project completion for all open projects within creative services making sure to provide regular update progress reports direct to the customer.Clarity of all supporting documentation on existing projects and proactive communication internally across departments to ensure projects are delivered on time.Establish and enhance effective working relationships with managers, teams and colleagues from all areas of the business.Monitor and evaluate systems and processes, refreshing and recommending better and more effective ways of working.Record all activity within the FlixMedia project management toolDuties IncludeTo be the main point of contact between the company and clients for all creative projectsThe production and maintenance of a thorough project planTo ensure that deliverables from Creative Services exceed client expectations and agency quality expectations, through the thorough understanding of client requirements and the quality of communicationTo ensure that all projects are delivered on time and on budget, and to achieve profitability targetsManaging the project from conception to launch, ensuring client's expectations and needs are managed effectively to the benefit of the client and FlixmediaTo become a "trusted advisor" to managed clientsRespond to client requests in a timely manner (timings to be approved with client) (and exceeded)To conduct meetings and calls to appropriate levelsIdentify and suggest to line manager potential improvements to processes, services and productsScheduling of own creative projectsResource management, booking of freelance resource and production assetsThe Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and ExperienceNatural ability to build customer rapport.Ability to take ownership and run customer meetings.Presentable & confident in Customer Facing meetingsSelf-motivation and ambition.Ability to multi task, manage own time, workload.Natural business acumen.A passion for developing new businessBe highly organisedAbility to deliver under pressure
