We are looking for a Content Manager for an initial 6 month contract supporting one of our most exciting clients.

The ideal candidate will be technically minded with proven track record of working in and around a post-production environment. Key responsibilities will involve working with one of our key clients the Red Bull Media House and their external production partners to support content delivery from all their national and regional events and moving image and digital productions, ensuring a consistency in quality and technical execution.

Technical

- Briefing production partners including;
• Setting up production partners on the Red Bull Content Pool
• Setting them up on Red Bull's music library, Pump Audio
• Technical briefing
- Carry out technical checks, both visual and audio on all deliverables. Ingestion of content into the Red Bull Content Pool.
- Replication of DVD's/file formats for internal and external purposes on request.

Administrative

- Oversee all content deliverables. Working closely with the Red Bull Communications team to ensure deliveries are timely and correct.
- Initial contact for day to day Red Bull Media House enquiries, able liaise efficiently with the Communications team to problem solve.
- Delivering weekly and monthly content reports.

Content Pool

- Approving new UK users with the Red Bull Content Pool
- Handling external content requests
- Creation of production and assets within the Red Bull Content Pool
- Approval of assets within the Red Bull Content Pool

Must Have:

- Good working knowledge of Final Cut Pro
- Solid understanding of file formats
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Communication skills

As a Content Manager you will be required to work some long hours on occasion and be prepared to work one weekend a month as this role is vital to hitting deadlines. You will receive full training on all internal management systems.
