Alias Hire is looking for a Bookings Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Booking jobs for clients - The scale of bookings will vary from client to client but all jobs require high levels of detail (including frequent communication with clients, equipment selection, delivery address, contacts, taking and placing notes on jobs etc)

Answer calls from clients, drivers/technicians, colleagues as well as suppliers and responding professionally with the adequate information as well as relaying accurate messaging to for other colleagues

Prepare delivery schedules for the drivers and make sure deliveries and collections are completed on time.

Provide accurate price quotes and make sure they are added to the relevant client folder/details making sure they run in line with existing quotes/details.

Ideal candidate would perhaps be someone with a proven track record in a similar role with experience from a camera facilities company or a post-production coordinator / producer. Alias Hire would also be happy to accept applications from candidates who has had production experience (former Runner / Researcher/ Production Coordinator etc) and of course someone who likes to be involved in the technical aspect of video production.

Salary entirely dependent on experience but we're willing to offer wage and bonus incentives for the right candidate.
