Job Description: Your main responsibilities as a Trainee Studio Director will be to train to become a competent live Studio Director, over time becoming able to take all elements of Studio Production and ensure they work together to provide an effective sales tool. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to take responsibility for live studio output, gallery etiquette and protocols, assessing visual and audio output and ensuring the aims of the show are met. To achieve this, you will be working with Backstage staff, Presenters, Producers and Buyers. Your work will enable the company to demonstrate our products to our home shopping viewers with a view to driving sales.

Requirements and Experience: As a Trainee Studio Director you will be a multi-skilled quick thinker who works well under pressure. You will have demonstrated strong skills in leading a team, initiative, organization and communication and will be creatively driven and able to work interdepartmentally. You must also have an awareness of health and safety and ASA standards.

Hours Worked: Seven day fortnight shift pattern - five days worked one week, two days the next - both early and late shifts
Salary: Dependent on experience, starting at £18,500 to £24,000 per annum
