Have spent over 20 years freelancing in Canada/UK/Europe, 7 months working as creative director at a corporate production house in the UK and 2 years as a creative producer for the CHUM/CTV TV network in British Columbia, Canada. I have worked on well over 200 commercial, corporate and promo films, often flying solo from concept through to delivery. Used to working with extremely tight deadlines and even tighter budgets.

As a director my work has been honoured with a Silver Award for Directing by Promax North America, a Best Creative Award by the British Columbia Association of Broadcasters along with numerous nominations including the Rocket Award for Best Newcomer also at Promax.

Am a seasoned shooter with a good eye for beauty in the details. Am hard working and self-sufficient but happy to take direction when required. Have shot on everything from DSLRs through full size XDCAM all the way to REDs and Alexas. Have good physical stamina and a solid hand-held shooting style.

Also an award-winning editor/edit producer with an Editing First from the Academy Awards qualifying 2009 Rhode Island International Film Festival, for my work on the 45 minute observational documentary - My Son, The Pornographer - for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). I have an excellent sense of story structure with a keen eye for characters. The film has played to sold out audiences on the international festival circuit and was awarded Best Documentary Program and Best Direction in a Documentary at British Columbia's prestigious 2009 Leo Awards.
