3 x 1 hr. Presented by Professor Jim Al-Khalili, a personal exploration of the history of Islamic and Arabic science from the 6th to the 15th century. Professor Al-Khalili travels all over the Middle East, from Iran, Syria, Egypt and Tunisia, and into Europe to Spain and Italy to paint a little known picture of the scientific legacy of one of histories most creative and liberal eras, The Arabic Empire

2007

Series Producer, 'Perfect Weapon' for National Geographic.
6 x 1 hr of science and history of medieval and modern weapons, presented in a knock about style by Monty Halls and Dr Stuart Prior. The series featured experiments, and hands on demonstrations of a range of weapons including canons, long swords, siege engines and long bows.

2006

Director, 'The Atom' for BBC 4 and BBC 2.
Three one hours about the history of Atomic Physics, presented by Professor Jim Al-Khalili. We visit the locations of all the most important atomic discoveries of the last 100 years and examine the stories of the competing scientists as they try to crack the code of the atom.

Director, 'True Science of Stargate' for Sky One. Documentary on the science behind the popular science fiction series Stargate, hosted by the show's star, Amanda Tapping and featuring new and exciting science from around the world.

Producer, Most Haunted Live, for Living TV. 4 x three nights of live TV from North West Wales, Lancashire, Blackpool and South Devon as Yvette Fielding and Derek Acorah investigate all sorts of paranormal activity in front of a studio audience.
