Journalist in the business and economic department of a Spanish press agency: AGENCIA DE PRENSA INTERNACIONAL S.A (APISA). I was based in Madrid but sent to report on economic and political situations in Puerto Rico, Mexico, Hungary, Portugal, and Turkey, often living in each country for up to three months. The articles were published in European magazines and newspapers, and involved personal interviews with Heads of State, such as the then Prime Minister of Hungary, the Governor of Puerto Rico, and the Secretary of State for Turkey
