About Sean Ryan

I have been working in the media industry for twelve years & editing for over ten.

I have a vast amount of experience creating broadcast, factual, feature & branded content, working closely with producers & clients to tight deadlines. For broadcast, I have worked on Blue Chip natural history programming such as The Green Planet & Dynasties II as well as other factual entertainment shows such as Bargain Hunt, Countryfile

For broadcast, I have worked on Blue Chip natural history programming such as The Green Planet & Dynasties II as well as other factual entertainment shows such as Bargain Hunt, Countryfile and Springwatch.

Outside of broadcast I have created feature and short films, documentaries, adverts, music videos, branded & live content. I have a true passion for storytelling & love working with producers & directors to realise a shared vision. I have a strong editorial eye and am happiest when crafting narratives, fine tuning edits to find the absolute best story possible from the raw footage. I am comfortable with Premiere, Avid, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve & FCPX.
