MISSION CONTROL MEDIA (7/16 - 8/22)

For 6 years I ran development for the production company behind Hollywood Game Night and Face Off, leading a small but impactful team that often won business over our larger competitors, even during the pandemic.
CNN (7/14 - 5/16)
Senior Director, Development for HLN
Recruited to CNN's senior team to help execute HLN's experimental rebrand targeting the 'social media generation'. Led West Coast development as HLN became the second-fastest-growing network for adults 25-54.
TINOPOLIS (1/11 - 5/14)
Executive Producer & VP, Development
Initially hired to lead US development at the group's docu label, Pioneer Productions, but soon shifted to the larger Mentorn Media. When Tinopolis acquired U.S. labels like Magical Elves and A. Smith & Co., the role evolved to facilitating collabs within the newly blended family. Secured multiple network deals. Also served as consultant producer overseeing foreign versions of Paradise Hotel, Mentorn's most valuable IP.
MTV (9/08 - 9/10)
VP, Development
Joined MTV's LA development team during a turbulent period, adapting to five leadership changes in two years. Initially recruited to source big studio formats, I pivoted as strategies shifted, at times overseeing current series (like dating competition A Double Shot at Love-MTV's highest-rated show at the time), and even animation development. Contributed to other launches in my team, like Teen Mom, Ridiculousness, Jersey Shore.
