About Matt Harris

Shooting PD / DP.

A background in adventure photography and filming from aerial to underwater. I've worked around the globe from filming deep underwater WWII wrecks at Bikini Atoll to great white sharks off the coast of South Africa. I've also been a commercially qualified drone operator since 2014 and have shot shows for C4, C5 and commercials from Iceland to Rwanda.

In 2021 I shot and directed the "Lancaster at 80" with Sir David Jason - highest viewed show on primetime C4 Saturday night when aired.

In 2020 I finished producing, shooting, directing and editing feature length documentary "Rom Boys: 40 Years of Rad" - now available on TVOD under distribution by 1091 Pictures. Currently rated 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes and five stars on Apple and Amazon with over 200 reviews.

Also shooting and producing short form docs, corporate and commercial for various TV channels and UK and Europe. Twenty + years experience as a creative director in some form of image making from photography thru graphics, VFX and design.

Highly accomplished aerial (drone) and underwater filming / photography.

2022 I have been in development and pre-production on a shocking true crime documentary.
