BACKGROUND
Filmed in LA, London, Miami, Nigeria and Adams Park in High Wycombe, the feature-length documentary and sports-biopic, BEAST MODE ON, was produced by independent production company 'Conscious Create'. Focused on Bayo's retirement and return to the hustle, the narrative covers family roots, struggles with prejudice, career highlights and the significant setbacks as well as revealing his strong family values. The narrative features George Groves, KSI, Eubank jnr, Marshawn Lynch and more. Production covered the 2021-22 football season and completed in September 2022. Bayo was officially crowned the World's strongest footballer by the statisticians behind EA Sport's FIFA game and currently enjoys a social following nearing 1.5 million.
BACKGROUND - Bayo
Aged 18 Bayo began his professional football career at Lithuanian football club FK Atlantas, age 40 he had played 696 games scoring 206 goals and appeared in the group stages of the Champions League. Spending six seasons at Wycombe Wanderers, Bayo went on to become his club's record-breaking goal scorer and oldest player to grace and to score in the Championship of the English Football League. Arguably, Bayo's career highlights are scoring against Liverpool in the FA Cup, the team he has supported all his life, and the play-offs at Wembley Stadium. Bayo did not earn the big money and with his brother's setup brand 'Beast Mode On' in preparation for life after football as a business to complement a long list of entrepreneurial projects.
