A confident self shooter, with extensive experience in factual formats across a plethora of genres and styles. My core strength is in building trust quickly with contributors, and establishing a fun, creative, and productive atmosphere in the teams I become a part of. Prior to my move to television, I was a marine biologist, and this scientific mindset put me in good standing for producing factual content. It allowed me to absorb research material effectively and communicate freely with experts of all disciplines. Alongside a strong editorial instinct, this ability has coupled well with my broad range of interests beyond science - which includes history, comedy, and film - and has allowed me to consistently deliver content that has been diligently put together. I find it immensely satisfying to find those compelling characters and surprising stories, and showcase them in beautiful moving images that make a lasting impression on audiences.
