Provide strategic communications advice to our main client - Bridgestone Tyres EMIA, who have 14,000 employees across EMIA and a complex organisational matrix. Set the internal comms strategy to increase internal awareness of the company's strategy, sustainability and wellbeing.
Manage all internal comms digital channels; SharePoint intranet, digital newsletters (campaign monitor,) Microsoft Teams and Yammer. Measure key internal comms channels. • Project manage comms campaigns, working with designers and editors to produce all creative for internal channels and campaigns. • Work with our Workplace by Facebook clients to maximise ensure they are getting the most out of the platform.
ITV - Internal Comminications Manager

Business Partnered with two members of the ITV board - the CMO and the Director of Television - to determine the most impactful ways to leverage company-wide communications in their business areas. Working across Group Marketing (Brand Marketing, ITV Creative, Direct to Consumer, BritBox, ITV Audiences and Interactive) and Broadcast, (Commissioning, News and Sport), Resourcing and Development, Wellbeing and Diversity. Key responsibilities: • Devise and develop internal communications plans against stakeholders' objectives. Produce all content including, copywriting, producing video content, designing banners, for in all in house channels including the company intranet - myITV, town hall meetings, weekly and monthly bulletin emails and senior leadership meetings. • Management of monthly newsletters for ITV Feel Good (wellbeing) and the monthly Careers and Development email. Content creation and design. • Part of a small team who put together the weekly CEO Vodcast: edit produce and work with senior stakeholders on content and produce VTs. • Responsible for the ITV Ambassador Network. Shape the narrative for a group of 80 Ambassadors at quarterly meetings. • Responsible for all internal and external content on all IPTV screens across all major sites in the UK. Manage a yearly calendar of internal screenings, live streams, events and Q&As. Key achievements: • Project managed the launch of myITV Live, a weekly series of live streams and online events that keep the business connected and informed, whilst the business is majority working from home. Also Project managed an overhaul of the use of IPTV screens across all UK sites and introduced a new channel into the business, communicating messaging and video through our coffee machines. • Rolled out the company wide engagement survey both in the UK and Internationally, working with key stakeholders across the business to achieve an 89% completion rate. • Devised and project managed the launch of a company-wide, digital internal events calendar.
