When you say 'Biffa', most people think 'bins', but Biffa didn't become sector leaders by sticking to
waste collection. They needed prospective B2B customers to understand how varied and
interesting the story was when you peered behind the big, red curtain.
We created a proposition: 'What iff waste wasn't wasted?' to get the conversation started about
waste and its myriad opportunities. Core pillars of the business; reducing, recycling and reusing, was
connected by Biffa's most distinctive brand asset - their red trucks. This shone a light on their logistical and sector expertise, but more than that, it championed the brilliant hard-working people
who drive the business forwards, day and night, all over the country.
