From my roots on many fast turnaround live studio shows, to series producing popular factual series, execing competition formats and YouTube documentaries, lighting up the nation for the King's Coronation and leading multiple teams to pull off a wide range of premium content for global brands - I am a versatile senior creative leader who is not afraid of a challenge.

I have taken complex first series from deck to delivery, hiring and leading crews and multiple departments through end to end production. I have proved myself as a resilient and creative leader who thrives under supreme pressure as well as a strong communicator and someone who is trusted with making the nearly impossible possible.

Some key skills include creative direction, content development, script writing, idea generation, creative collaboration, casting on-screen talent, off-screen talent acquisition, problem solving, leadership, project management, client liaising, stakeholder management, risk management and budget and resource allocation.

Using all the high standards and qualities TV has given me I have also lead teams on projects for global brands (recently for Google Ads and Google Cloud) listening to and fulfilling their key objectives and managing multiple stakeholders and clients. I have a separate CV for digital/branded work.

Over the years I have found myself in funded and pure development, writing up decks, making sizzles and proving concepts work. I produced/directed the taster for a dating show which was commissioned as 'Sexy Beasts' by BBC Three. I also have great commissioner contacts.

Adept in formatting and leading first series, big live event TV, filming in UK and around the world, scripting and creative writing, running multiple edits, managing stakeholders and running diverse/happy teams. I am passionate about producing and developing entertainment with purpose and my goal is to become a creative director overseeing multiple projects.

Over the years I have worked on many award winning live and pre-recorded shows and ambitious brand-funded projects for high profile clients. I have developed, formatted and ran productions from treatment to delivery, always ensuring creativity, ambition and strong storytelling is translated on screen whilst logistics and budgets are well managed off it. I have also worked as a development producer for BBC Studios/Factual and ITN winning commissions/business for both and also produced the taster for Sexy Beasts on BBC Three. I pride myself on being calm, confident, nurturing, flexible and positive.

I have produced 250+ hours of programming for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. I mainly work in factual entertainment but have also worked across in specialist factual, consumer, entertainment, reality and sports programming.
