- Directed the feature film Baghead (StudioCanal / The Picture Company), adapted from my short film
Baghead received an international theatrical release and went on to reach the Netflix Top 10 globally
- Ongoing development of film and TV projects across the UK, Europe and the US

In this role, I helped the Agency to:
-Create an in-house multimedia department.
-Start internal and external streaming services that provide with more than 4000 hours a year of live content.
-Produce close to 200 high-quality videos a year with internal resources.
-Manage its Youtube channel, with over 1400 videos and 300k views.
-Design and implement the multimedia infrastructure (i.e. automated camera systems, edit suites, ingest and archiving solutions) at its Canary Wharf Premises.
-Develop the production cycles with the Communication team to achieve the Agency's communication strategy goals.

BVS is the leading provider of video based training solutions for the care sector, providing DVD, CD-ROM and printed resources to over 60% of the care homes in the UK. As the Senior Video Editor I was responsible for the post-production of all the resources produced in the company. This included the editing and DVD authoring of over 50 titles, as well as the design of the company's CD-ROM.

Selected credits include:

Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
Editing two highly acclaimed videos on elder abuse, with factual information and dramatic reconstructions of abuse in care home and domcare settings.

Flash Designer.
Designing the company's interactive CD-ROM in Flash using actionscript. This included information and clips on every single BVS product, as well as password protected areas to title related lesson plans and printable resources.

Teleteam München is a German production company that offers video services mainly for corporate clients, including covering live conferences, internal communications for the pharmaceutical and medical industry and some broadcast production.

In Freiem Fall Documentary pilot for Bayerischer Rundfunk following the lives of a group of free-fall parachuting divers over a six month period.
