Senior Editor

Dalston, London

We are a purpose driven film studio that creates world changing stories.

Based in Dalston we work worldwide with a small team supplemented by a strong international network of freelancers.

Our in-house team is expanding and as part of that we are looking for a passionate Senior Video Editor to join our team. With a working history at a production, agency, or as a freelancer , our ideal candidate will have experience editing Documentaries and branded content for online and TV, maintaining post-production workflows and building strong relationships with clients and with our colleagues.

What the opportunity looks like
* Edit to a high standard using Adobe Premiere, working across commercial, social and Documentary projects.
* Work with internal and external stake-holders to manage projects to a high standard, managing workflows and processes at all times.
* Undertake animation and motion graphics tasks at a high level.
* Assist the team in the day to day running of projects,assisting with creative work and occasionally going on shoots, policing workflows through technical and day to day issues.
* Colour correction and grading images and videos, conforming to broadcast and social standards and guidelines.
* Sourcing audio tracks and sound mixing edits, creating well mastered tracks across multiple layers.
* Support producers in kit management tasks when needed.

Skills and experiences we'd like you to have
* Minimum 5+ years of experience of editing, ideally in a branded content and social media landscape.
* Expert level of proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
* High level of proficiency in colour grading using Adobe Premiere.
* High level of proficiency in sound mixing and mastering.
* High level of proficiency in Photoshop.
* Be able to demonstrate initiative, problem solving and creativity on a daily basis.

5 days per week. Blended working. Holiday and sick pay.
