We're looking for a Production Assistant to support key members of the Koala teamYou'll be working with creatives, copywriters, editors and client service/sales to create TV adverts and Video Content for clients across the UK. The role is based at home with the option to utilise Birmingham and Manchester office spaces Some areas of responsibility include: Assist in organising live action shoots, e.g. sourcing locations, casting, models and propsAdmin for live action shoots including call sheets and risk assessmentsAdmin for any music tracks and stock images/footage purchasedWork with Client Services to manage small projects through to completionCreate budgets and reconcile them, keep track of costs along the way and inform the clients of any overages which may result in change of briefAttend all meetings relating to each project you produceCreate production schedules and budgets to send to clientsUse the Clearcast, Peach and CARIA systems ( training provided)Keep the workflow document up to date Deliver a high level of customer service These are the main requirements of the role and is not an exhaustive list of duties. It is intended to reflect the nature, range, and context of the work, which may change over time.RequirementsExcellent interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach to building and maintaining relationshipsCalm under pressure with the ability to adapt and be flexible in task and role and work within a fast-paced environmentAbility to work to deadlines and to prioritise effectivelyAttention to detailTeam player, enthusiastic, positive and proactiveExperience managing budgets and delivering complex projects on budget and to tight deadlinesMeticulous organisation and administration skillsPrepared to travel across the UK for meetings, or shoots, sometimes working anti-social hoursGood Word, Excel, & PowerPoint skills. Proficient at using Google Suite Confident in face to face meetings and on video conferencing systems Type of Person Organised, friendly with a passion for the industry. Happy to muck in and be a team player.
