Post Production and Video Editor Manager

London / Copenhagen

We are looking for an experienced manager to join our Video and Post-Production team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing editors and overseeing post-production processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality video content, guiding and mentoring a team of editors, and making sure all projects are delivered on time.

Strong skills in planning, resource allocation, and technical knowledge are essential to maintaining and improving our post-production workflows and technical solutions. You should be able to accurately assess project timelines and costs, and have a network of freelancers to rely on when needed. A background as an editor, post-production manager, or multi-skilled producer is highly desirable. While editing skills are a plus, this role is primarily focused on planning and management rather than creative tasks. An interest in esports is an added advantage, though not a requirement for the right candidate.

As this role includes personnel management responsibilities, experience in leading teams is preferred. You will report to the Director of Production and work closely with the Senior Production Manager, sharing overall responsibility for content and broadcast production at Blast.

The position involves global travel, but on a day-to-day basis, you will be based at our office in either Copenhagen, Denmark, or London, UK.
