The Role
Our Young Film Maker Programme gives you the opportunity to fast track the development of your skills and enjoy being part of a motivated and talented team working for prestigious brands around the world. From day one you will be working on commercial film projects from planning right through to the final edit. Through hands on experience and dedicated mentoring you will grow rapidly as a creative, developing the skills needed to succeed.

How the Young Film Maker Programme Works
Day 1
You will immediately gain hands-on experience filming and editing for prestigious brands. You will join our Mentor Programme, with a dedicated team member assigned to you to help you grow editing skills and another to develop your filming capability.

Month 6
By the end of month six you will be bringing your own projects to life, from ideas development, to camera work and then editing and grading.

Month 12
By the end of your first year you will have developed you skills significantly and on the path to directing your own shoots.

The Person
Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
Demonstrate a passion for filmmaking and have a body of work to back this up (doesn't need to be commercial work).
Must be able to drive and have your own car and be able to commute to SG15 6XP
