The ability to capture video is just one element of the role. We are looking for a producer with creativity and vision, and the ability to bring stories to life through post-production and editing. You will be a talented content producer with experience in developing editorial and commercial videos, and you will combine strong technical know-how with a proven ability to develop awesome ideas.

Requirements
* Previous industry experience working with brands or as a videographer and editor on creative projects.
* Excellent credentials in videography and editing, with demonstrable skills in video editing software platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro and across Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Evidence of filming on a range of cameras such as FS7, BM, A7S or similar.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with people from all walks of life, helping them to tell stories and feel comfort able in front of camera.
* Strong attention to detail in the editing suite, with good time management to work within tight deadlines.
* Ability to work on projects ranging from short interviews to longer form video content that is creative and unique.
* Strong editorial sensibility, with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Highly motivated, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
