Key Responsibilities:
- Vision mixing using a TriCaster (experience a bonus, otherwise training will be provided)
- Editing using Adobe Premier and After Effects (Adobe Premier is a must have, After Effects is something that can be trained). You will be involved with editing all different types of content.
- Operating all technical equipment in the office, including TriCaster and C200/C300 cameras
- Working with the Producers to support the ongoing production needs in all areas, including in-person shoots.
- Riging and derigging - and getting your hands into all areas of production.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
? Technical skills to do the above key responsibilities - and a desire to learn and receive training to improve in all areas
? Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines and pressure in a client-focused environment.
? An aptitude for technical understanding and problem solving with good IT skills, including knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
? A good communicator with good written and spoken English who can remain calm under pressure.

We are an editorially-driven production company with a mission. We work internationally with NGOs, think tanks, universities, governments - helping them to share important ideas effectively to a wider audience. We produce a range of commercial and editorial content including films and programmes, broadcast-style online events, e-learning content and lecture series, as well as social videos and campaigns.
