Responsible for the production, post production and day-to-day delivery of video content and to support group range review and communication plans. Maintain delivery of compelling, credible & accurate video content to compliment and support product content data and other visual assets.

Responsibilities
* Direct video shoots for projects across the group
* Develop and refine creative treatments for playback to stakeholders
* Work closely with video producers to achieve goals
* Support Group Video Lead with the conceptualization and articulation of creative treatments
* Operate to best practice to form a steady process and prompt turn round.
* Creating shoot plans, shoots schedules and story boards and model selects where applicable.
* Integrate with existing video team on shoot - directing, shooting, producing where necessary.
* Ensure account managers are engaged through the process, with reglular CPA updates, and timely sign off
* Ensure a consistent tone of voice & style is maintained throughout each video produced.
* Ensure content meets brand and business guidelines.
* Strive to continuously improve creative knowledge through research and leaning from industry trends and insight.
* Support on-set agency production of video content, acting as sign off / touchpoint between agency & content function where required.

Qualifications and Experience
* Experienced videographer, editor & producer.
* Use of Adobe CC essential.
* Previous experience with Alexa Mini or similar an advantage
* Directing experience on large format shoots and detailed How-To productions an advantage.
* Experience working in an agency style, and as part of a video team.
* Experience of working in video either agency or client side
