Videographer

London

As a Videographer at Fnatic, you'll shoot, edit and deliver video that provides a window into the world of Fnatic and our legacy of performance. You'll be charged with delivering content true to brief and on vision, and continually raise the bar with each piece that goes out.

You'll be a great people person, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across Fnatic from ideation through to production. You've got to be up for it, keen to immerse yourself in esports and able to bring your best moving at pace!

Your mission is to:
* Interact with a range of stakeholders to deliver video content for Commercial, Pro-Gaming and Product; as well as the Fnatic brand
* Provide on location filming services for our teams and talent, and assist across content duties from shooting, editing and occasional producing
* Edit content to brief, ensuring the final piece is on brand and original vision; as guided by Video Lead
* Work closely with the Head of Production to ensure deliverables are timely and to budget
* Contribute to future content planning and ideation
* Consider audience feedback and content performance metrics to inform future content development
* Complete trouble and preventative maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment
* Support on ad-hoc content tasks as required

We're looking for:
* A strong portfolio of visual content across multiple channels
* An interest in esports and drive to take our content to the world
* Strong troubleshooting ability with software and hardware
* Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
* Basic additional production skills to complete a project independently (Photoshop, After Effects, Grading, Audio)
* Expert in how to maximise opportunities on visual content channels, especially YouTube and Instagram
* Awareness of content performance metrics that count and how to create content with them in mind
* Experience in lighting scenes and cinematography
* Someone who loves to travel around the world to capture on-site content
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A flexible and resilient approach
* A love of start-up environments, appreciating that it is no normal 9-5
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English, additional languages desirable
