Videographer

Covent Garden, London

PURPOSE
To deliver diverse, creative video content that's current, innovative, on-brand and client focussed, to a high standard across multiple digital channels.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES
- Delivering creative videos for internal and external client audiences
- Devising creative treatments for content to support communication objectives, campaigns, social media content, product marketing videos, web content & PR activity
- Ensuring a high level of engagement at all times, maintaining top quality standards that adopt the required message, on budget, on time and to the ethos of drp
- Working with other areas of the business, including campaign planning, production budgeting, production scheduling - from development to delivery
- Responding to a variety of creative briefs and presenting exciting creative responses to the communication aims and objectives of our clients.
- The ability to record and edit video projects, including selecting the right programme format for final output, capturing/importing media, organising raw media, editing footage and sound files
- Creating and inserting static and motion graphics, captioning, adding music/voiceover/SFX, media management and achieving project media

This list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other such duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional videographer, with either shooting expertise and/or editing capability
- Examples of work undertaken (showreel) - to demonstrate capabilities
- Proven track record in all of the principle duties (listed above)

SKILLS
- Essential to be a talented, creative thinker - motivated to constantly improve and push the boundaries through creative execution
- Have an excellent understanding of social channel creative requirements
- Good communication skills, with the ability to write and/or storyboard projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal with tight deadlines
- Be a highly skilled and experienced user of Adobe Software, After Effects and Premiere, as well as Final Cut Pro X
- Attention to detail in all skills and consistently operating to the highest standard
- Scope to expand in the position
- Full driving licence, legally able to work in the UK and willing to travel away from home in the UK and abroad
- A positive attitude to both team members and clients alike
- Enthusiasm for delivering the best productions
