Videographer

Banbury

As Videographer you will work alongside a team of designers and report directly to the Creative Manager. You are responsible for delivering photography and videography in the form of branded, short-form videos from concept to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Planning and presenting pre-production material from pitching concepts and ideas to delivery (campaigns, products and web content)
· Working as the sole videographer, handling sound and video
· Editing to a professional standard for use in-store, at events and on social media
· Creating motion graphics, editing audio to a basic level
· Shoot all ecommerce video product shots
· Shoot all behind the scenes content campaigns
· Shoot events, store openings, press and PR events
· Organising and maintaining equipment, along with communicating equipment needs/failures to the Design Team Manager
· Sourcing suitable music and have a basic knowledge of music rights
· Supporting the photographer with product photography for all products for Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery
· Produce high quality, commercial images ensuring that they are exposed correctly and colour consistent
· Editing of all photography to remove backgrounds, change colours and manipulate layers and retouching
· Optimisation of images ready to upload to CMS
· Creation of flatlays and lifestyle images, for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media
· Ability to style and dress products on POS in a commercial manner
· Accurately save and archive videos and images, including editing and resaving for of images for VIP customers
· Maintain website product photos, new as well as continuing products
· Create key videos and imagery for marketing team to use across multiple platforms
· Work with design teams to collate all video and imagery for selling tools
· Maintain comprehensible digital asset library
· Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification
· Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Design Team Manager

PERSONAL PROFILE

· Passion for fashion and creative background with at least 2 years of experience in a commercial setting
· Ability to multitask
· Proven experience in videography, photography and editing
· Project management experience - tracking progress and updating excel documents
· Friendly, self-motivated and approachable
· Able to use initiative and plan ahead
· A high degree of computer literacy
· Understanding + knowledge of accessories product + trends
· A Level/Degree in a creative subject and able to demonstrate experience
· A desire to create the best quality images and videos is essential
· Strong brand awareness
· Confident communicator
· Enjoys working in fast paced dynamic environment
