Objectives:

Create captivating video content that drives engagement across our organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Elevate the Free Soul brand through high-quality, creative storytelling and storyboarding.
Work closely with the Brand team to translate marketing goals into impactful, visually compelling videos that align with our tone of voice.
Work cross-functionally with the wider team to meet channel-specific performance goals, and ensure all business needs are met relating to video content.
Assist with all video production for live-streaming content, including TikTok Lives, to deepen audience connection.

What you will be doing:

Performance Media Content: Work alongside our Creative Strategist to develop storyboards and briefs, with
Filming and Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and product launches.
Content Optimisation: Retouch, colour-correct, and optimise videos for various platforms, ensuring each piece is performance-driven.
Creative Storytelling: Develop concepts for engaging and on-brand video content.
Motion Graphics: Incorporate light motion design where relevant, using After Effects to bring videos to life.
Live Content Management: Set up and troubleshoot live-streaming technology and audio for TikTok Lives and other real-time content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the brand team, including social and performance marketing team members to deliver impactful video projects that align with our goals.
