Main Purpose of Role

London Real is seeking an experienced Video Production Manager to manage our video production team. The successful candidate will be in charge of seeing video projects through from concept development to post-production and delivery. A large part of this role will involve assisting the team with live streaming to ensure a seamless process.

Reporting into the Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will act as the bridge between the video team and senior management. The Video Production Manager will be expected to put in place processes, procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure there are no issues pre or post-production; providing confidence to senior management that all members of the team are aligned and adhere to the predefined steps outlined in the guidelines to deliver a seamless livestream experience both internally and for our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing video pre-production planning and on-site production
Taking the lead on live streaming, ensuring that checks are carried out in advance and any issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensuring that the studio is set up appropriately prior to any live streams or interviews
Managing the video department to ensure that all of the key objectives are being met
Supervising the video team during video production
Supporting the video editor and editing videos as and when necessary
Putting processes in place to ensure that the video team is operating efficiently
Quality checking work prior to final submission
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule
Identifying best practices for video and evolving daily operations as necessary
Overseeing video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
Dealing with any performance issues within the video team

Skills and Experience

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience within a video production environment
Extensive experience of live streaming is essential
Experience in video editing is essential
At least 5 years of managing a team within an office environment with direct reports
Demonstrated skills with video editing software platforms, specifically with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Experience in using Google Workplace

Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
