Video Production Manager

London

The RHS is the UK's leading gardening and horticulture charity, and video is an increasingly important part of our content delivery. .We are looking for someone who can work with a range of colleagues from across gardens, shows and office sites at all levels to plan, organise, prioritise, manage and commission RHS video with third party production companies

Clear communication, compelling storytelling and project management skills are essential; as are a desire and commitment to ensure our assets are managed, stored, searchable and reused via our digital asset management system. We want someone who will ensure we get the most from every shoot - in terms of content, but also by measuring the impact of videos being watched.

The successful candidate will understand and have experience with the entire lifecycle of video content; from video content annual planning, video storyboarding and scripting, artistic direction during shoots, contracts and legal agreements. Providing constructive criticism and edits to the production company, agree internal approval, sharing and distributing assets and, entering metadata and managing archived assets in a centralised digital asset management system are skills we desire.
