We're looking for a Production Assistant to join our team in London.

The Production Assistant will help the Video Creators in the London team to produce various types of video including; documentaries, interviews, series formats, sizzle reels, and explainers.

The Production Assistant is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Global Video Operations to help ensure a smooth day-to-day team running and to organise production for bigger projects.

As part of our Content function your key responsibilities will include:

* Booking studios, equipment, talent and staff for video productions
* Clearing copyrights
* Organising meetings and interviews
* Preparing and distributing briefing notes and scripts
* Organising schedules and timelines for filming
* Managing small and medium budgets for specific productions
* Owning the London filming room booking schedule
* Organising and ingesting footage for post-production as well as archiving
* Helping with kit maintenance, filming studio duties and organisational tasks

Your experience

* This role would be suitable for someone looking for their second role in video production
* Previous experience organising video productions in either the corporate or film industry
* Proven stakeholder management experience
* Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and deadlines, ensuring a positive outcome with confident and concise communication
