Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Video Producer / Project Manager to join our video team in Liverpool Street.
A small team but very passionate a about video, media and motion graphics.
You would be dealing with clients, coordinating crews, creating quotes, administrative tasks, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure current services are delivered to a set of clear expectations and service levels
• Collate and manage all Video Production service delivery process
documentation
• Manage relationship between Global AV and the end users for Video
Production services
• Ensure that end-users have clear expectations of the service/project to be
provided including:
• Deliverables; Timescales; Costs
• Ensure that clear communication takes place between customers and the
Video Productions Teams regarding projects/services to be delivered
• To ensure that all relevant documentation updates are completed with regard to
customer services
• Develop the delivery model for video production services to drive through improvements
in quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Record all incidents where the video production delivery process has 'failed'.
• Identify reason/cause of failure
• Ensure that any effect of such 'failure' is remedied
• Ensure end-user is satisfied with remedial action
• Capture lesson learnt from service delivery failure
• Feed in to CSI process
• Capture feedback from end-users on areas for service delivery improvement
• Define and agree service improvements with delivery teams
• Update relavent documentation, SOPs etc in respect of agreed service
improvements
• To identify opportunities for additional or enhanced video production services for the
bank's customers.
• Obtain regular feedback from end-users, Global AV and Video Production
Teams with regard to new service requirements and/or enhancements.
• Coordinate, with all Team members
