We understand that diversity promotes innovation, and therefore we look for people who are great at what they do, no matter their background.Overview of the role:Creating and delivering unique and compelling video content for The FA Group's Commercial and Marketing strategy on multiple digital platforms for the Women's game and Emirates FA CupKey Accountabilities include:Create video in line with our digital strategy and developing original series and formatsShoot, edit and deliver high quality packages and platform specific content on social channelsFocus on the strategic plan for the growth of women's football, including the England teams, FAWSL and grassroots participationBe able to work with key stakeholders across The FABe responsible for the final edited quality output, and input in to others' work to improve overall qualityTo lead on editorial input on the subject matter of the video being producedTo collaborate with the wider commercial and marketing team to deliver content that drives the departments objectivesMaintain The FA's filming equipment and editing workstations in full working orderWhen required, work with external agencies to improve The FA's overall video content offering and processesExecute additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing prioritiesWhat we are looking for:Strong understanding of social media and a willingness to trial and embrace new technologyAbility to come up with new and innovative ideasWorking abroad and flexibility of duties performed around shifts worked on a seven-day rota fitting around the football calendarExperience of working with multiple clients and stakeholders to drive unique and outstanding contentProven experience of self-shooting and editing video content for social media platformsExperience in creating content for a 16-24 audienceProfessional experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and PreludeExperience of working with professional athletes and building strong relationshipsExpert knowledge in filming with large sensor cameras including; Canon 5D/C100/C300 and Sony FS700Proficient in After Effects and ability to create and utilise graphicsExperience working in a small, collaborative production teamAble to turnaround high quality edits against tight deadlines Additional skills include:Excellent understanding of what makes entertaining sport contentStrong interpersonal skillsStrong contacts book within the digital industriesBackground in sports and working with high profile individuals and athletesExperience with various post production and production workflowsFull driving licence is essential for this role due to the high volume of travel requiredWhat we can offer:An exciting and challenging role within a changing, dynamic and world-renowned sports organisation.Attractive benefits and a competitive salary for the right candidate.
