Video Producer
Video is at the heart of our content plans and a crucial part of our client services. We are expanding our video team and hope to find the perfect person who is happy to get involved with both creative and technical aspects of video projects.
The ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently to tight deadlines and as part of a team, have the capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver expertise throughout the video production process whilst supporting multiple clients from brief to final delivery.
• Create and develop multimedia content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, social media edits, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
• Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
• Assist project managers with the development of scripts, storyboards, budgets, allocate resources and the management of deadlines
• Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables
• Plan video shoots; coordinate logistics and site visits to source interview locations
• Develop production schedules
• Attend shoots and conduct onsite interviews, which includes extensive travel across the UK and abroad
• Assist with the management of crews worldwide, selecting the right crew dependent on the project needs
• Assist with content selection from written transcripts post shoot
• Manage clients and expectations prior to shoots and on location so excellent communication skills are key
• A minimum of 2 years producer/project manager in corporate video production, ideally with an agency background
