We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Video Producer to join our marketing team, focusing on our entertaining episodic content. Reporting to the Video Production Manager, you will work with a talented team of videographers and editors to create world-class, entertaining digital content.

The Role
Partner with the Video Production Manager on the creative direction and production of long- and short -form digital entertainment content from end to end, supporting the processes of research, development, through to shoot, edit and delivery for our digital platforms, especially Youtube, Facebook and Instagram
Ensure production schedules, budgets and legal compliance for shows are met and work is delivered to the highest standard
Create detailed production timelines to manage expectations ahead of delivery
Organise location of shooting, booking, running orders, Covid-19 compliance, Trinny's diary
Line manage up to three junior video editors, ensuring workload is monitored and evenly distributed
Work with the Editorial team to plan and schedule in content and ensure that we are meeting deadlines and requirements
Drive productivity and efficiency for the team by developing a strong relationship with Trinny, based on clear and direct communication
Using Asana and Harvest, manage video requests from the wider team, ensuring processes are respected, supporting the update of such processes following the business's growth
During filming, duties include ensuring that the production runs to schedule & budget, managing the talent, director, crew on set/location
Creating overarching 2021-2022 production plan factoring in all new launches requirements/production budgets/team requirements.
Managing video production budget for episodic content (creating and updating an expenses tracker), including budgets for external filmmakers/DOPs when required, and budgets for grading process and equipment.
The role may require travelling and overseeing international productions

Requirements
Significant, demonstrable experience in producing shows for entertainment platforms
Significant experience managing a team of creative talent, ideally working with video editing software and specifically with video editors, overseeing post-production processes
Excellent understanding of the Trinny London brand, ethos and energy as well as how the Trinny London makeup should look and feel and be marketed within short and longer form/entertainment content.
Ability to translate brand guidelines into video content and perform excellent rounds of quality control with relevant teams before presenting assets to key stakeholders
Strong understanding of performance analytics and our target audience
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and under pressure
Flawless attention to detail
Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously.
Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and assertive communication style
Positive, can-do attitude
Knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effect is advantageous
