Video Producer We are looking for an experienced full-time Video Producer to join our growing Film and Animation team. The film and animation team create wide-ranging content from TV adverts to documentaries, web series to motion graphic animations. The Role..... This will be an exciting role that works across a variety of formats and styles to help our clients tell their stories in the most compelling and engaging way. We are looking for someone who loves making video content and who is confident and effective in managing video projects from start to finish, whether a TV advert, documentary piece or animation. This role requires an experienced producer who knows how to take a client brief and turn it into a production plan, oversee and manage the entire production process all the way through to final delivery. The producer will be the key point of contact for clients from start to finish of a project, a highly organised and proactive leader. The role involves developing ideas, writing proposals, running production logistics, dealing with budgets, working closely with our in-house team and managing and directing small-scale shoots. What it includes....... • Managing creative projects from start to delivery, devising timescales, schedules and ensuring projects stay within a designated budget, overseeing team members, co-ordinating freelancers and delegating tasks.• Writing briefs and pitching for work - you'll enjoy coming up with fresh ideas and new ways to tackle client briefs.• Liaising with clients at every stage of the project and reporting regularly to them• Reaching out to new clients - you'll be proactive in promoting the business and establishing new client relationships. This will involve networking, pitching and generating contacts.Who you are..... • Passionate. You push the boundaries and are excited and energised by creative solutions, discussion and ideas Ideally, you have....... • Significant experience of managing video and animation productions• A good narrative and storytelling instinct • Strong working knowledge of production processes, compliance and codes of practices including health and safety• Ability to work within tight deadlines • Substantial experience producing video content (freelance or for a production company/agency) • Strong understanding of both film technical and creative processes• The ability to oversee a team to deliver high quality work• Impressive communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to liaising with clients and establishing relationships with new clients• Ability to pitch and generate new contracts and work opportunities• Full UK driving licenseWhat we offer ......
