The Position:

We are currently looking for a Video Producer to join our team based in Canary Wharf.

The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver and producer that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on brand, on budget, and on strategy. You will develop, write, produce, direct and creatively steer a wide array of original video and audio content for our client. You will collaborate with cinematographers, production coordinators, editors, writers and production crew to deliver distinctive, engaging, high value content on time and on budget. You will need to be the ultimate team player: dedicated, hard-working, excited for a challenge and be able to maintain and share a positive attitude. Extended hours may be required.

What you will be doing?
* Strong creative thinking, writing and ability to lead multiple projects at one time
* Working with clients and internal teams to define and achieve project goals
* Lead and run communications and workflows, ensuring effective communication and asset deliverables
* Develop concepts for content marketing for the business
* Create pitches, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans
* Lead projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative expediently
* Provide creativity and expertise to the design and development of video, photo, multimedia and web programs
* Review projects prior to final delivery for any rendering glitches, consistency, and overall look and creativity of the project
* Champion the role of creative and build relationships with key stakeholder/clients
* Traffic management

Secondary Responsibilities:
* Learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment
* Willing to get your hands dirty to complete any task, big or small, glamorous or mundane, to make sure creative projects are completed successfully

Person Specification
* 5+ years' experience as a Producer at an agency or in-house team
* Experience working with and setting project schedules and managing calendars for creative/production workers, including both internal teams and/or external partners
* Experience with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
* Experience creating pitches, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans
* Experience negotiating and managing project statements of work, estimates and related parameters
* Experience managing external vendor relationships
* Experience with traffic management
