Reporting to the Head of the BOLT Cricket Programme, the Video Editor will help create and film the content in the most impactful way to grow the BOLT community.

The position is suitable for an enthusiast who understands the technicalities of editing and is able to passionately relate and communicate the content to the masses and is able to engage them.

Responsibilities:
* Edit and produce video content for BOLT App and our social media channels.
* Manage video content and footage archiving.
* Research ideas and concepts to film.
* Video editing, graphic effects, sound effects, audio adjustments, colour grading and compositions.
* Film content videos such as interviews, fan reactions, stadium tours, etc.
* Use the principles of editing to create the pace and flow of the video.
* Integrate music, sound effect and balance of audio.
* Executing studio and location shoots and handling of camera equipment and lighting.
* Edit videos to have text overlay, captions or special effects if needed.
* Editing/digitally touching up pictures and videos.

Key Competencies:
* Degree/diploma in Graphic Design or have experience of video production, editing and photography.
* Proficient in operating digital video cameras, lighting and sound equipment.
* Experience filming and editing videos.
* Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
* You have some experience with producing live programmes and operating camera drones is an advantage.
* Experience in social media platforms and management systems particularly Youtube and Facebook.
