We are looking to hire a talented Video Editor to join our growing team in our London office. Working in a fast paced studio, collaborating closely with our creative leads you will be responsible for the creation and execution of engaging video content for multiple channels including, social, web, clinics and internal.

The chosen candidate will have plenty of ideas, energy and enthusiasm and be able to work hard and swiftly on a diverse selection of branded and advertising content. You will be responsible for the shooting and production of patient testimonials, doctor interviews, how to videos, events and product launch assets.

The ideal candidate should be process driven, highly organised and someone who can use initiative, be proactive and is self-motivated. An expert in storytelling and the creation of engaging content. You'll be expected to have a good knowledge of trends in the video and social media industries and apply them to your work. We're looking for someone who wants to build something great, is super motivated and a team player.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver projects, sometimes to tight deadlines whilst maintaining high quality design output.
* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team to conceptualise and deliver high quality motion design for various campaigns and multimedia projects.
* Maintain awareness of relevant industry technology and software releases to ensure approach, processes and techniques remain current and efficient.
* Design within Babylon brand guidelines.
* Ensure that all creative is produced in a customer focused manner.

Skills and Experience Needed:
* Video editing ­including some animation, special effects and colour grading if necessary.
* Excellent audio skills, selecting tracks and editing.
* Processing, editing and repurposing video material from external sources such as agencies or stock video libraries.
* Great eye for detail and visual aesthetic.
* Expert knowledge of what makes great social video and branded content.
* Helping to create engaging and groundbreaking ideas in the branded content space.
* Great eye for detail and visual aesthetic.
* Ability to storyboard concepts quickly and clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe CC: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign.
* Great communication and creative/ concept development skills.
* Strong understanding of compressing and encoding video formats.
* Strong foundation of digital design and graphic design principles.
* Proven experience within a similar role and the ability to produce motion design from initial brief right up to completion.
* Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
* Creative mind and storytelling skills
* Knowledge of industry standards across post-production, legalities around content gathering/ distribution
* Have experience working in an agency or in-house creative team, working on multiple projects at a time.
