Right now we're looking for a Video Content Production Coordinator to join our team on a part time basis, working two days a week (Monday & Tuesday) based at our Media & Commerce Centre in Chiswick Park.

Reporting into the Video Content Production Manager, you will co-ordinate and support Video Content Producers, Photographers and any other creatives from pre-production to post production of shoots as required. Work alongside them on the call sheets, production budgets, sourcing of crew, locations and talent to ensure that shoots are safe and run smoothly.
As well as supporting on the team administration, you will also when required create weekly content packages in the absence of the Video Content Production Associate Director/Producer.

Main Accountabilities:

Manage the production office day to day.
Maintain and update Scheduall to ensure all PSC shoots are booked in a timely manner.
Having met with the Creative and any other relevant stakeholders write call sheets for all shoots and distribute.
Arrange travel, catering and hotel accommodation for overnight shoots within budget.
Book freelance Video Content Producers, Runners and Voiceover Artists; negotiate rates and briefs with them prior to the project.
Recruit and manage freelance Runners.
Source and negotiate locations, models, props and any other production costs for all shoots.
Collate and submit carnet documents for overseas shoots and hold overall responsibility.
Maintain a database of production contacts including crews and locations.
Arrange necessary location filming permits and ensure appropriate risk assessment has been completed and filed.
Attend location shoots as and when required, ensuring each production runs to schedule, that health and safety rules insurance terms and copyright laws are followed, whilst dealing with any problems that arise during filming.
Understanding of child licences. Able to arrange licences, and understand the policies we need to follow on shoots.
To source and return product for shoots from buyers, vendors and show control.

For this role we are looking for someone with a Degree or equivalent in a media-related course. You will need to have excellent communications skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and be well organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision.
Excellent computer literacy and the ability to become familiar with any new information systems the company introduces is key, along with working knowledge of financial administration and budgetary control.
Please note a Driving licence essential for this role.
