THE ROLE: We are looking for a VFX Production Coordinator to join the busy production department assisting with the smooth running of a number of high-profile productions.

We are looking for a good communicator who is organised, motivated, able to take the initiative and keep calm under pressure.

Your responsibilities will include shot bidding, scheduling artists, organising shot reviews, managing turnover, handling coordination and delivery of shots and general administration and project management tasks. You will have direct communication with the client.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: The candidate will ideally have worked within the VFX industry or have strong project management experience. You will have previously worked in a fast-paced environment to deadlines on multiple projects and have extensive experience and knowledge of using scheduling and review software such as ShotGrid or similar.

A positive attitude and ability to problem solve is key, identifying possible problems and offering up solutions. You are organised, good at building relationships, making decisions and proactively making things happen.

CONTRACT: This is a temporary to permanent role and remuneration will be dependent on experience.
