VFX Producer

London

Our VFX Producers report into the Executive Producer and work closely with the creative Supervisors to produce the awarded shows.

They work directly with clients and build strong relationships with the creative teams.

Producers are responsible for all finances of their shows, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and their show is profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Client relationship focus
* Reporting to the EP on show performance
* Managing costs v budget and projecting margins for the shows
* Resource forecasting and project scheduling
* Correspond with clients via bids, reports, approval documents, costing analysis, change orders etc, as well as project schedule
* Manage project milestones and deliveries in accordance with the implemented schedule
* Working closely with the Line Producer and Production Coordinator, as well as the other Producers within the building, to ensure a smooth workflow.

Essential Skills:
* Previous credited experience as a VFX Producer
* Experience with Shotgun and Excel
* Highly organised with first-class time/project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent client and crew management skills
* Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
* Proven ability to manage high revenue budgets
* Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work within a team towards a common goal
* Thorough understanding of live-action and CG based VFX workflows
