Responsibilities
The role is the day-to-day running channel management in a very busy & growing TV broadcaster.

Role

* Full time £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
* Build and manage the relationship with channel / content owners (customers)
* Be the first point of contact between customers and other departments and where necessary, coordinate tasks undertaken by different departments to achieve KPIs
* Develop integrated broadcast plans with internal & external teams that deliver against customer business objectives and solutions
* Forecast, measure and report performance of channel service against the broadcast plan
* Develop strong relationships internally with key decision makers to create integrated & strategic campaigns
* Manage financial administration and ensure all projects are delivered to time, budget and quality
* Conduct audits of end-to-end production to provide on-going reports on deliveries, identifying improvements and producing recommendations
* On-board new channel partners to build business
* Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales
* Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
* Educate customers on product portfolio and complimentary services offered
* Develop proposals, quotations and pricings to support management making new offers
* Ensure that customers are up-to-date with product information
* May need to work outside normal working hours / shift work
* Must live within a short commute of Twyford, Reading RG10
* Respectfully, if you just want a 9 to 5 job and are a clock-watcher, you will not fit in

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Broadcast & Digital media
* Demonstrable experience in channel management, could have worked for a broadcaster or customer-facing service delivery in TV broadcasting
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Ability to work in / with small teams of people and influence senior staff is essential
* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritise tasks
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines
* Project management experience
* Skill in working with Microsoft Office suite of applications
