ResponsibilitiesThe role is the day-to-day running channel management in a very busy & growing TV broadcaster.Role * Full time £55,000 - £65,000 DOE* Build and manage the relationship with channel / content owners (customers)* Be the first point of contact between customers and other departments and where necessary, coordinate tasks undertaken by different departments to achieve KPIs* Develop integrated broadcast plans with internal & external teams that deliver against customer business objectives and solutions* Forecast, measure and report performance of channel service against the broadcast plan* Develop strong relationships internally with key decision makers to create integrated & strategic campaigns* Manage financial administration and ensure all projects are delivered to time, budget and quality* Conduct audits of end-to-end production to provide on-going reports on deliveries, identifying improvements and producing recommendations* On-board new channel partners to build business* Manage new and existing channel partners to increase product sales* Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.* Educate customers on product portfolio and complimentary services offered* Develop proposals, quotations and pricings to support management making new offers* Ensure that customers are up-to-date with product information* May need to work outside normal working hours / shift work* Must live within a short commute of Twyford, Reading RG10* Respectfully, if you just want a 9 to 5 job and are a clock-watcher, you will not fit inExperience * Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Broadcast & Digital media* Demonstrable experience in channel management, could have worked for a broadcaster or customer-facing service delivery in TV broadcasting* Excellent communication skills both oral and written* Ability to work in / with small teams of people and influence senior staff is essential* Must be detail oriented and have the ability to prioritise tasks* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments simultaneously under strict deadlines* Project management experience* Skill in working with Microsoft Office suite of applications
